MANGAKA ASSEMBLE! [Que Epic Music]

In regards to Soul Reaper, it's amazing what effects can be added to still pictures to give them extra life. A lot like the movie motion posters that are starting to spring up. And a manga idea, the one I'm doing now is a modern day Sleeping Beauty. Except it's the boy put under the spell and the girl has to save him. The heroine becomes a magical girl (naturally), and has to return her friend's spirit fragments back to him so he can be awoken. And along the way she encounters zombie horse headed guardians, headless knights with flaming chainsaws and giant mechanical serpents. Because y'know, you do that sorta stuff for your bestie.

dude robscene that sounds awesome, I think its cool when people take classic stories and re-invent them in their own way, makes such an interesting tale. How far are you with this?

XD Like only eleven frames roughly penciled. Up to where her friend's spirit is stolen from one of their classmates. I've got thumbnails to where she retrieves the first shard which is like 80 panels and ends the first major chapter. Then I've got maybe three more chapters which are much longer than this first one. I'm trying to type those out so I don't have to keep trying to remember all the details in my head.

is it possible for you to post on of these pics up? just to show me how you are doing all this? yea sometimes I have the same problem when trying to remember these kinds of things. when I try to come up some ideas I end up making another manga story lol
