Lowered Bangs & Other Requests/Wants

You might think this belongs in the (Dis)likes section but I have some questions about this. I feel very shallow about this on a constant basis, but I like bangs, specifically I dislike bangs pulled back revealing the entire hairline and forehead. I don't know exactly why, maybe it's from watching too much anime. Now I understand that bangs can be irritating, I know from sometimes not having a haircut in a long time, but it's a serious aesthetic turnoff for me. But I don't want to be rude to someone I like telling them to put their bangs down. But I want her bangs down. But I don't want her to be physically uncomfortable. But I want the bangs down. But I don't want to make the situation awkward. But-but-but-! ( o__ o) My questions are, would that be rude? And what other things can a guy (not) ask for pertaining to appearance and behavior without offending the girl?

well personal for my face shape i need bangs lol welll...shoot ummm....for starters telling girls there FAT is always an insult unless you hurry up and say just playing as soon as you say it other wise you probably get BITCH SLAP!xD

ummm...i wouldnt call it rude unless you date a chick without bangs then make her have bangs then that would make it seem like an insult and come off as a lil rude...i guess.:/

I suppose the best, and really the only non-offensive, way I can think of is to say that you think she looks better with her bangs down and she may or may not agree with you. But you kinda have to put it tactfully and a lot also depends on your relationship with her. Depending on her personality, you'll find a better way to word it towards her so she won't take offense
