Girls make-up

toltecatl
I prefer natural faces. If there is going to be make-up, then I prefer it to accent something, rather than "become" the face. Excess make-up comes of as "whorish" to me. A complete turn off. I also don't like a high amount of contrast between lips and the rest of the face, though I think that's more of a personal thing. I'm not a "lips guy." That said, I do find the "smokey eye" look sexy. :)

Hmm, well, I feel like the guys think wearing makeup is like a mask 0.o If you are doing it right, its not. Basically all you need is some eyeliner if you want it and Mascara.

Anyways, that is what I wear every day at least. I like to play up my eyes.

Women are naturally beautiful there is no need for everyday makeup, now a little once in a while spice it up cosplay intimacy make-up now that is really hot.

I agree with Alexis, it does seem like guys think of makeup as a mask. It's really not, for most women. I'll wear more or less makeup everyday, depending on how lazy I'm feeling or what I'm doing that day, but I've never felt like it was a mask or anything unnatural. Then again, I suppose on a daily basis I put on much less than a lot of asian girls in asia. Lol, 4 pairs of false eyelashes! It's the big eye contacts, I think. If you're gonna try to make your iris look like anime eyes, then you gotta make the rest of your eye area match

I don't think most women wear as much makeup as a lot of men think they do. Coating your face in makeup actually makes the makeup not look good. It starts emphasizing facial flaws and it's terrible for your skin. Most women, especially Asian women, use an arsenal of facial products. None of which are makeup. I rarely see a woman in heavy makeup outside of a theater production or something like that.

I'd like to add to my comment. I know girls tend to be conscious about these things, but I really don't mind imperfections and flaws. As cliche as it sounds, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think flaws give people more character and make them more interesting. Maybe I'm just weird like that.

It's fine for someone to wear makeup everyday if they want to. It's their body and their life. I like wearing a bow in my hair most days and I view people who wear makeup the same way (except with makeup instead of a bow, if that makes sense. They can do whatever they want).

I prefer the natural look, but a bit of makeup never hurts anyone (I kinda hate the face powder or whatever it's called that girls use, brrr)
