ok i saw this on tv today and thought it may be cool to bring up the term is shortened for - responsible appliance disposal.i think its kind of cool whats does every one else think? (the funny name is not a reason to like it...)

It's basically collection of ozone depleting chemicals, and some other stuff, from old appliances that use such that would otherwise leak out if left at a dump or abandoned. - It's beneficial to the environment and free.

O__O; Right then, I'll just pretend that I know what the hell that all means. Sounds pretty complex to me, but I could actually care less about the earth. We're all doomed anyway.

Is the R.A.D. thing everywhere? I've never heard of it where I'm from, but that doesn't mean it's not there. My family is very eco-friendly. I was raised learning how to compost and because we lived on base for a while we were required to recycle. Anyways...I was rambling, my apologies. I'm really just curious about it...and how much it helps the enviroment.
