The fact that you keep saying, "It doesn't bother me" sounds so idiotic, it's like having someone get stabbed in front of you and you don't help them because it's none of your concern. That's how stupid you sound about this, I'm a gamer and I don't pick sides but when a company is obviously doing something wrong that's when I'll stand my ground and say no.

Really? I'm not trying to convince you to not buy it, hell go buy both for all I care it's your money not mine. Also you do know that Japan isn't going to get the Xbox 1 until a year after it goes on sale here in the US right? With that I'm done now, because you seem to not see how much of a flaw this is for a console. DRMs don't matter sure but when it hinders gameplay that's when it does matter, you can have your Xbox 1 and your exclusives because in the end nothing about it effect you and so it doesn't matter.

Also please do research before you post "facts" if you looked the 360 was released 2 days after Japan. and are you fucking kidding me? I'm sorry but you are really stupid as a gamer. For god sakes man do you not see what's wrong with what you just typed, "It doesn't require you to stop your game to do the online check" you won't be able to play the game at all if you don't have internet.
