I thought we were still voting for second floor quiet place The food court is usually pack with people and the noise it's unbelievable

We reeeeally should get some sort of offical meet-up schedule set up for all 4 days. Not all of us will be able to make it on the first 2 days due to work/school. I'm slated too be at the event Sat/Sun.

I'd really love to go and meet up with you all; but I'm strapped for cash until my next paycheck which happens to be late next week. Then I'd have to get the plane tickets and everything. It'll be too late by then. D:

Firestorm is right we should try to have small meet ups throughout the whole con even if it's just and hour or two

I also concur with Kyetge. Having a regular spot to meet up at would make it easier to organize the group. It would also avoid any confusion in case anybody gets separated.

I just realized there is another thread for AX on here ha ha. Maybe we should just keep this thread specific to the meet ups while keeping the other one for the parties/hotel arrangements.

Can't we just communicate thought a chat or email just in case the plans change so we can notify everybody
