Okay so I told this guy I like him and he said he likes me back. I asked if we're going out now (just to confirm) and he said not yet but i'm not available to other guys. So i'm all isnt that a bit unfair?

If you want a committed relationship and he doesn't then it's not going to be a good thing to pursue. You'll save yourself a lot of head and heartache just walking away and holding out for the guys who want the same things out of it.
