Ball Joint Doll & Help!!

Okay, so, I love BJD's, I think they're the most precious thing ever, if anyone else likes them or has one please reply to this and help!!<3 Okay so, I got this doll about a year and a half ago, With no face up or anything, and my friend said she could make it look good, so I gave it to her entrusting her with it, but it turned out she was the most terrible,psychotic friend ever, she was jealous of it, she stained his face, put a scratch on it's cheek because she thought it'd look "cool" A scratch tha tlooks like stitches, painted his nails a crude pink color and there are scratches on his body, an obvious sign of careless-ness, His wig is missing simply from us moving recently and I don't have the money to get another one, what should I do! And I know very well she won't pay for it, she didn't even admit to being jealous, How do I fix him, and can anyone help?
