DBZ I remember it like it was yesterday :D then I had to watch DB as well then I tripped over ranma1/2 and searched internet to see more similar things and then I realized that this kinda thing is called anime and since then im f****** :D only if I could turn back time and watch them all again

Its strange I didn't grow up with Toonami like all the cool kids but my first anime was The Visions of Escaflowne (or Escaflowne to be short). Plus Pokemon, Monster Ranchers, Flint the Time Detective, and Monster Ranchers.

My first Anime I ever watched was Sailor Moon.

My first animes would have to be the first Toonami line up. Watched everyday after school and adult swim on the weekends.
