Dang that would leave you alot of options for your carear. I also was stupid and went into engineering and i guess i was just oversteping my abilities

I pretty much bombed the first time I went for school (originally for culinary). I wasn't planning to go back at all but I had some inspiration from a yoga class at work and I got the push from some coworkers to go. So that's the reason I actually ended up going back

I actually almost went to school for culinary but i changed my mind. I love the food service

I do too. I just enjoy writing so much more. Food is such a gamble

I agree you have to dedicate your life to culinary and writing i guess. Being a writter is not easy
