Highschool anime club

personally, i think you should have planned this out before you started it, but lets see, maybe look up some conventions your club can go to. write up some skits. talk with your club members on what you guys want to do, if you have a club room, try to instal a shelf to hold anime and manga

It is never easy to first start a club since you need interested people, events, sponsers, legal viewing rights(explained in another comment),constitution, etc. I am in charge of an anime club myself in College which hasnt been easy but it is fun to do. Best advice is to not procratinate and plan events a couple of months before it happens. It never helps to rush things last minute. Dont get discouraged and good luck. ^_^

When i started my old school's anime club we watch anime for the first 30ish minutes and then we would have some sort of a discussion or like a quiz game. Some days we would have yugioh or pokemon tournaments, drawing contest. We raised money during our school festival by having an art stand and epic tekken tournament.
