That scene is in the Anime TBH and yeah it has an Anime, only subbed, the show's banned from the States for obvious reasons.

The fact that this thread was started, the anime/manga was looked into, and multiple attention grabbing pictures were posted that scream "look at me" might suggest otherwise. Can't fault you for not liking it - it's pretty ridiculous but usually we just ignore those ones and let them be. It's crazy though you can really feel the cultural differences in some shows. This would never fly in the states, after all we don't even have a penis festival (no joke) :D
