You see, that sounds like a fun night. Though the only thing I don't do is knives/needles. Squeamish does not work well with sex.

It is! However the bruises tend to get annoying after awhile. Knifeplay is only good when the wielder knows what they're doing. There was a case with an... acquaintance of mine in which they accidentally sliced open a vein. Awkward trip to the hospital, there. Needles are unnecessary, to be completely honest. Squeamish people can be fun though, especially to laugh at when they rush to the bathroom with their erection bouncing about, or fluids dripping down their legs. Ha.

Oh I like the whole blood and bruises part, it's just the knives that I'm uncomfortable with. And I can see how the bruises can get annoying, but I rather like it. The idea of leaving lasting mark on your partner. After one night I have marks all up and down my arm from some electro-play. Every time I glanced at my arm it turned me on.

Yeah, I can understand the knives. Some people can be /really/ uncomfortable with it. I've actually never done electro-play, probably because I don't know the voltage limits and what not. Wouldn't want to accidentally kill anyone, now. I require education.

Voltage isn't really what is dangerous. It's the amps that you really have to worry about. Depending on conditions, you can take tens of thousands of volts, and it's nothing more then an unpleasant wake up call. However, it takes less then 10mA to send you into cardiac arrest. You can actually find toys online made especially for electro-play that are safe unless you do something they aren't meant for. Also, I'd live to talk with you more ohmygod, I think it'd be fun to have someone to talk about this with without having to censor everything. Maybe even an online play-mate.
