Xbox VS PS3

Which do you prefer if any. PC not included. Time to watch the world burn. Go go go!

I've got both, and even a nintendo super happy fun time novelty system too. But personally, I like the PS3 better. Actual console specs aside, I like not paying for online play. I also like that the PS3 uses HDMI instead of the component cables that the Xbox uses. I can just plug my PS3 into my computer monitor if something happens to my tv.

Also, I've never had a problem playing Skyrim on my PS3. Don't even care about the DLC. I never do for any game. Also one giant thing I hate about Xbox, is that you have to use an Xbox hard drive. I bought a used xbox, and the harddrive was shot. I opened the case for it, took the connector, and plugged in a hard drive I had. Nothing. I tried to plug the broken hard drive up to my computer to see if i could find the problem, and the computer didn't even see anything was connected. PS3 on the other hand, I bought a 20GB PS3, took out the hard drive and put in a 320GB one. The PS3 installed the OS on it and used it like nothing had happened.

Well the one I have doesn't. And I really don't play it enough to bother getting a new one. The only thing I've actually played on it is Fable 3

Well I would say a PS3 mostly like icymjp said for not paying for online pay. Also for the fact that I like the exclusives on it better. Any of the exclusives on the XBox 360 I either played with other people in College or dont care. As for the PS3 it has more RPG's and more single player games I care about more. As for skyrim, I prefer the PC version on that but that is besides the point.

I'm an xbox junkie myself. Despite sucking at achievement hunting, I originally was convinced to get it because many of my friends have it. I do love how skyrim dlcs are first available on the xbox. I intend to upgrade to the 720 next year, and eventually get a ps3 as well. I play copies of skyrim on the PC mainly because its fun to use mods when I'm bored.
