In fact I went there multiple times and even got my boss and a coworker to come with me the last evening we were there. The people running the restaurant were immigrants from Japan expanding their restaurant reach. I hope it builds up momentum to compete with Jinya. More ramen places in the US is a good thing. But I'm looking forward to visiting Ippudo in Japan... just to see if it all matches up.
