I WANNA LIVE IN JAPAN

kawaiinesie
Aahh.. Japan, Japan, Japan..xD all of them are right tbh..fairly its kinda like what youd expect in any other foreign land--its foreign to you.. Ahh the city, punctuality is a no-nonsense business.. last time i check, they have this so called "7 minute miracle"--cleaning routine, every single time, passenger gets off bullet trains..7 minutes every single time.. (soo fast w/ just few staffs) how crazy is that. C: http://sociorocketnewsen.files.wordpress.com/2014/04/tessei04.jpg ..i like their tradition more though..they preserve and stick to it well--reason why youd feel its value..and the country side is very homey..<3 umm..i think yeah if you love anime, i think you should follow what they've said first before trying to "live" in it, or any other land..cause really nothing beats home-sweet-home.C:

I would love to live in Japan myself. I'm not interested in what is shown in anime, I'm tired of being a second-class citzen in a country with a Christian majority. I only trust countries with atheist or Buddhist majority. And Japan has both, since the dominant schools of Buddhism in Japan are atheistic. Other reasons include the climate, since the US sucks for climate or environment except Florida, and even Florida isn't free from the insanity that this place is known for. I'm of course going to visit to confirm before I make any final decisions, but I'm well-educated, and I know other places I can go that meet my criteria.

I could do Japan for the most part as I can be polite and do well meeting strangers. I do not need a lot of stuff or space either and like mass transit. I know people that work there. There are some difficult things to get used to for some. Some westerners just can not assimilate to the group-think and deferment to conformity and leave in anger. It is not exactly like anime. elder - if you are not ethnic Japanese you will always be a part 2nd class citizen there if they allow immigration. They are talking about loosening things up some because of the need for labor. One of their politico was recently under fire from a few governments. She said Japan needs migrant workers but it would be better to have an apartheid state like S Africa and segregate foreigners in living communities to preserve Japanese cultural order. I have a feeling it was part typical Japanese pragmatism but it sure felt racist to some of my mates living there. It is not the dominant thought but you will notice some locals will criticize it. http://www.reuters.com/article/2015/02/13/us-japan-apartheid-idUSKBN0LH0M420150213

I would like to live there just for the experience and see if I like it or not. I have lived in a lot of different places and each time it is a new experience. If the locals are not used to foreigners it can get a bit overwhelming since the community sometimes see you as if you where the new attraction on the block. But the downside is either cultural differences make problems or language barriers. Outside of that you could probably run into individuals who hate foreigners or are racist and make you their new target because you most certainly are not one of "them". (That sort of mentality is ignorant and outdated but still prevails no matterthe country you go to).

I live in Japan >:D Not currently, but I'm going back there in a few weeks. It's seriously not all about anime here at all. Sure, we have animation schools and whatnot, but watching a lot of anime, cosplaying, and stuff related to that is looked down on there. Otaku is the literal meaning of nerd there. Not that I mind being called a nerd c":
