I moved to Denmark this year, wanting to find myself and just live my life without borders. Never really had a good relationship with my family and had to learn early to be able to provide for myself. Thinking of living a simple life in general and providing information via, well literature, media in general on a professional level. I am not agreeing with either side but just posting some Joe Rogan stuff, is stupid, I listened to a ton of his podcasts and yes, he is entertaining but mostly got no clue of political topics neither scientific topics and I would advise him to not talk about stuff he got not clue/idea about.

Well tbf we sort of have an affect on the rest of the world when it comes to our politics. Sort of like how china's politics has an affect on ours, and Uk and Australia.

That was my short response. My longer one would be lack of trust in media, local and foreign, we are moving to a globalist view of things and despite that there are still right and left politics. Also adding on that JR has an incredibly huge platform and he just gave Mrs Park 3 hours of it to share her story of defecting from North Korea, shedding light on the atrocities there and how China returns defectors sending them to their deaths instead of treating them like refugees. The second video posted was about a grown man in a position of mentor teaching his male students that its okay to cry as a man. But yeah, JRE is stupid and let's ingest whatever our lord gods the journos and media throw our way.

I dont really watch JRE cuz i dont really feel like supporting spotify in any way. Youtube in a sense also sucks because of big brother google. But yeah i trust these podcasters more than i do any form of media. But like any successful outlet they all go woke eventually. It shifts from wanting to be the goodest good, to the absolute corrupt. Im starting to think its just human nature at this point. With the timcast crew expanding i see them alligning themselves in the future to fates such as H3H3 and the young turks.

Tim started as an independent journalist though, same with Luke. Ethan Klein started with pranks on YouTube for like 12 year olds. I don't think Timcast will ever devolve into H3H3 for that reason. I get tired of Tim's rants and take a break from watching but JR let's his people talk. Its a long form conversation and interview, like with Mrs. Park. The parts where he has shared his opinion are things the media hones in on because he's popular and they like to churn attention whether its good or bad. People pay more attention to the bad.

Yeah but in tim's case it will stop just being him doing these podcasts to him running a network, to that network pushing woke articles once viewership goes down in a desperate attempt to prevent a shutdown. Tim and his rants do get annoying though. The random story-like explanations like "the left starts banging their pans together screaming at the top of their lungs" or whatever tf he says really takes away from the experience. But im mainly there for the guests. They provide actual useful information. Tim sometimes drops an article or two but i would really like if they stayed on topic.
