Oh hey, people are doing policomps. Here's mine. @thesailingteacup One thing I will say is that there is absolutely no contradiction between the principles of socialism and left-libertarianism, and I respect your like for both socialism and freedom, because I do not think that one is possible without the other. Especially in years gone by and in the latter half of the 19th century, Libertarian was a polite word for socialist. It was in the 20th century that the right wing in the USA (people like Murray Rothbard) co-opted some of the language of libertarianism. It makes a lot of sense why you like Marx, because from the outset his philosophy was motivated by a drive towards freedom (specifically the freedom to do and become many different things, or potentiality). As far as I am concerned, though, committed right-wing libertarians are pretenders who care nothing for freedom, because they seek to preserve the very same material and social relations between people that keep them un-free. EDIT: Oh right, the numbers: Economic Left/Right: -8.88 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -9.23

To be frank, I think Thatcher should be lower in the Auth. Axis, due to her approving abortion in the U.K. Her place is easily occupied by Franco, Salazar and their trad ilk if moved a little to the Left. Between them and Hitler, there's Codreanu from the Romanian Iron Guard. Alongside Hitler, Degrelle from the Belgium Rexist Party.

Fun to know that Neoconservatism was created by former Trotskysts (like Irving Kristol). I mean, I am a Liberal (not in the twisted american conception the Right has created). Conservatives are Liberals, just not Progressive. Every Progressive should be Liberal, but not every Liberal should be Progressive. But I can acknowledge Liberalism has its glaring failures, such as "Vox Populi = Vox Dei" and letting Progressivism, Affirmative Action and Identitarism to rise because of the former. And being a Monarchist doesn't mean one is... you know, anti-Liberal. I am all for Parliamentary Monarchy. Only trads and alt-right studs like Absolute Monarchy.

Here's mine. Now, what will you do with this information? "Economic Left/Right: -6.38 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -5.28"

Tbh, the test is kinda shit. Especially as some of these questions are ridiculous. Like the one on one-party states. Yeah, you get faster to decisions that's a fact. And that is technically a good thing. But that doesn't mean I personally am for one-party states. Also, I dislike that you can't take a neutral stance on any of the statements. And lastly... a lot of these questions are just too obvious. I can tell where every single answer will put me on the political spectrum just by looking at the question.
