I never said meds, it sounds like you have a lot of thoughts to unload. Therapy is a good thing and they may even recommend writing a journal. Writing a journal helps you vent and maybe even revaluate why you think or feel the way you do, it's good introspection. As far as mental health is concerned, don't be shy about talking to someone who's heard way more than you could possibly unload on them. Glad to hear you have at least one offline friend, never lose that.

imma use this as a journal and yes i do know it is public but a physical one my parents can find easier >:o and i dont want them to think i am slowly going insane lmao

Hey, I'm not against using this thread as a journal and it may even help by getting other perspectives. Just throwing thoughts out there that I'm sure you've already thought about.

Nah, you're stressing. Man, don't think you have to carry the weight by yourself. Exercise is definitely a good thing, at the very least you'll be physically fit and that's never a bad thing.

yeah but rn my eating habit is shit, today i ate: a cherry tomato that was about 2h 52 mins ago, some ice cream about 4 h ago and a microwave meal about 14 hours ago

Ok, stay hydrated. I'd say eat, but only you can make yourself do that. This kind of stuff consumes the soul at some point and that's why seeking outside help isn't a bad thing.

true. about 1 week of water til dehydrated and 3 days of food til starvation.
