One of my New Years Resolutions was to live life like a Ghibli movie and I'd seen this idea around before (usually in the form of expensive books that you jot in, yeowch), but my aim is to write down at least one happy thing every day, maybe even two or three on a good good day. Join in with me too! It'll make me happy to see that one good thing a day, no matter how big or how small, you'll see that from what I post I'm sure. Also no matter how much you want to put a "but" in there, DON'T. I know it's hard, but happies only please.
