Tbh I would say that stimuli is a feeling a something in the vague in this case just not the “emotional” feeling associated with us

pm im talking to dom :P dom didnt argue his point at all he linked a study that plants react to stimuli which i already knew? and hes trying to equate reaction to stimuli with feeling but besides that, i want to debate ethics, its what im good at :P

emotions are chemical reactions just that, really simple reacting to stimuli is a very basic form of feeling, but it is not feeling

when you cut grass, that smell is a defense mechanism does that mean you hurt it? no its just a very basic form of self preservation when a venus fly trap closes its mouth, its not because it felt the fly its because the pressure from the fly triggered a pressure system
