Naruto was pretty good imo. Yeah it was alot of filler but had good messages to youth about how to deal with certain things.

Alot of anime have done the same with fewer episodes :/ no hate on naruto. I used to watch growing up but stopped at shippuden

True. Gurren Lagann and others have done it in shorter time. But something about growing up alongside watching Naruto grow up hits differently.
