Thats it also if you up with that health dmg the houseowner is going to have to pay for a hefty sum… its not about the money its more about teaching the dude how to maintain his house and keep his tenants in a healthy condition… also means be respectful to your tenants lol

@gdmh39 @criselington I’m actually at this point am not sure if it’s the landlord disagreeing? My mom made it sound like the disagreeing comes from the actual workers sent to fix it for us (cause our landlord lady is actually really sweet from what my parents say).

You need to let the landlady know then with it being covered and in a damp and humid environment such as a bathroom it is going to spread into the walls and cost way more to fix and cause more health issues to y'all. If there is any insulation it could grow and spread there too eating it away

Than i want to know if its really from that company if so tell your landlady that they need to do a good job since its her money that has been taken away without any real work done!

@gdmh39 @criselington oh okay! I know it must be bad there’s leaking sometimes too and my mom mentions she’s shocked the bathtub hasn’t fell through to the kitchen already (it sits above the kitchen btw)

@gdmh39 yeah my dad used to do stuff like that and mentioned the pipes are wrong too and they can be by a lot to “fix” issues. Heating, plumbing, air conditioning, etc. also the electricity should’ve killed us already... sparks happen when you plug stuff in with most of the wall plugs

OWO… THE WHOLE HOUSE NEEDS AN OVERHAUL… YOU guys are god daymn blessed srsly… not only wet and damp, and those spark plugs beeing throwing sparks… what kindnof old house is thst… is that a 1900 house or sth? No insulations, no good sparkplugs… thst the house didnt catch on fire till now its a wonder… sorry but srsly wth… im scared of the safety in that house
