The Last 100 People Left On Earth

What would you do if you were 1 out of a total of 100 People Left On Earth. Like if a meteor struck and clouded up everything for a very long time and you a few others survived or if another virus besides this one wipes out pretty much everyone. I think I would be more of a reader and go to various libraries and even Books-A-Million and get tons of Manga and other reading material and read up.

Same, though I would probably put about 80% focus on educational materials that will help with survival and 20% on leisure and entertainment reading. I guess if I'm going out hunting for books, I would probably also be a looter and gatherer. I tend to take that role anyway in Survival games. Probably an archer class as well, so I could also hunt. I also mine in these types of games, but IRL, fuck that.

Ah, right, smart thinking. I was busy thinking about entertainment to pass the time out of boredom but won't be worrying about being bored if I'm too busy starving or thirsty. I would die on day one and you would live a full lifetime XD But yeah looting and gathering makes sense as well. Learning how to be a good archer would be pretty cool to learn and helpful to shoot deer and maybe other things depending on location and what animals are there. Lol, sounds like a lot of hard work so yeah forget that XD. What about the other 99 or so people left Veru? How would you interact with them and would they be more of a helpful thing to have around putting your minds together and splitting up the workload or would it be better to work alone?

Well, that would kinda be the question regarding this scenario, I think. What would the other 99 people do? Do these people come from any background from before the incident or were they born into it? I only based my answer on my own experiences and things that I would be inclined to do. The plus side is that there are no zombies, lol. But there are still other things you would be fighting, hunger, sickness, elements. That's why gathering knowledge is so important. If the people come from something before the incident, then you'll definitely want someone experienced in farming starting crops. (I would nominate @Arc), but he would need help. A large group of scouts/gatherers would be needed. If it was a scenario where you don't know the landscape, you would definitely want people exploring the terrain and making maps. They could gather supplies at the same time. You need builders. Even if there are still standing buildings or not, you would still want someone who spends their time focusing on building up the community. The builders are going to need materials and supplies. In conjunction, a plumber would be good to have. Someone that could take on the sewage issue and maybe even with their knowledge help with irrigation.

Sorry for the delay Veru. I was trying to eat breakfast. But anyway yeah the other 99 people would have various things they know how to do. Some would know how to farm while others would be doctors and healers and most wouldn't of been born into it . It would've been an event that would've taken place rather recent. Maybe 5 to 10 years previously. The last of humanity would be scattered around North America and perhaps a few years into this apocalypse they all pretty much find one another in a certain location like the Mid-west area. And yes no zombies. They are scary as hell. Right, Arc and others to help out cause you would need quite a few people. All the things you are saying are making complete sense. Also if I was there I would want Arc and you to be the leaders of us all but I can't promise I won't be reading manga somewhere instead of pulling my share of the workload J/k.

I don't know if having one or two leaders would be good. A representative from all the workgroups would probably be better. That way they could have weekly meetings to address any kind of issues that are happening or that they are working on, a committee basically. (Don't give Arc any power..
