As someone who has been through therapy and also worked in a place that offered both psychiatry and psychology help. The only thing you can really get out of it is venting and drugs. Doesnt really solve the problem but hey at least you can get some sweet antidepressants. They will help you figure out what your problem is but in the end you still gotta solve it.

Ah i digress military psychiatry and psychology. Civilian practices want your money so they will give you whatever kind of diagnosis is needed and some drugs. Forgot to add that part.

They all want money.lol I guess I got lucky,I genuinely miss the therapist I had. She was super down to earth. You don't get drugs via therapy, maybe recommendations to your GP. And I'd argue that in some (Not all ) cases, drugs are a huge help with therapy. Of course you have to do your part, I know therapy isn't a cure on its own.lol

@1777 You know, I bet there's a group of people somewhere out there who actually understand what we need in this world, and who will fight against this prison that our generation has subject us to.
