Looking for cosplay designers near me.

Anyone near Louisiana that makes their own cosplays and is good at it? I would like to do a cosplay, but don't have the artistic skill to make it. Someone I could meet in person if necessary to get measurements and discuss the design with. I'll probably want to see pictures of your previous works. Anyway, this would be a paid commission.
