Correct me if im wrong arent some parks privately owned but open to the public? Like how you can be arrested for trespassing if you go after the hours listed? Loophole or....?

It is possible to be private while still operate as a public domain. So if the government decides to implement a law saying those that operate public spaces such as those intended for speech they would need to abide. The only issue is getting that up to the senate floor. Florida govenor attempted to do so with facebook and a judge ruled it as violating first amendment. But there is most definitely a loophole that these companies are exploiting if only the government made clear cut amended guidelines on what is private and what is public. I realize its ok for companies to have terms of service but wasnt trump banned without it being part of the TOS
