I think the main reason why people are leaving Cali are the high taxes. The next reason is the lockdown restrictions. The people who put their leaders into office are even pissed. It wasn't Gavin Newsom, but just a few weeks ago, didn't some person in leadership there get walked up on in a restaurant and get punched? Also, looking up info on Seattle/Portland. I can't remember which one it is but the community just started promoting heroin ass bumps.

https://mynorthwest.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Untitled-design-8-1280x720.png Seattle homeless shelter buys heroin pipes with city funds, teaches rectal injection method BY JASON RANTZ FEBRUARY 22, 2021 AT 7:08 PM A Seattle-backed homeless shelter is instructing addicts to smoke heroin and inject drugs rectally. And the shelter is using tax dollars to help get addicts high. The Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) passes out heroin pipes and so-called “booty bumping” kits. To alert homeless clients of their offerings, DESC posted several flyers at their Navigation Center location on 12th Avenue South. They give encouragement to addicts to use new tools and methods to continue their destructive and deadly addictions. Officials with Seattle’s Human Services Department (HSD) won’t directly respond to concerns over the advice or use of funds. But they do back the methods because it “reflects the varying needs of those experiencing homelessness in Seattle.”

Nothing was going on when I visited California. When I went to Seattle they had only passed self-grow Marijuana laws. The place I visted wasn't bad, there were a lot of homeless. But the problem I saw were all these 2-3 story houses in the older parts of Seattle had been turned into slums. The house owners would convert these houses to be shared living spaces. 2-3 households per floor with shared kitchen times, living room times. Some of the bathrooms didn't even work. It was horrible. I knew then it was headed down the drain. I don't think I would care to visit there now.
