So does the race mean anything to you? I'm Black but is willing to date any race of female. How about the rest of you? Does race really matter to you? and why?
I have never understood why that is such a big deal to some people. We're all human after all. I've always said you fall in love with a person and not what they are on the outside. Recently I've felt even more strongly about this. In fact my brother and sister-in-law are an interracial couple, and they are perfect together, ad have an adorable little boy. I can't stand the though that anyone would ever treat my nephew different just because his skin is darker. I could really rant about this for a while, but I'll keep it short here.
Why should dating a particular race matter i never understood at all its what their personality is not their race that should be a point of dating them or not
I feel topics like this what drives a wedge in society... just take all thoughts of boundaries out of you head. That is when people will be in harmony.
I really do not think it should matter. I have liked people of other races and vice versa. So long as you really, truly care about someone I do not think race, gender, or age(WITHIN REASON AND LEGAL LIMIT) should matter.
Skin color should not dictate whether a person can be a scumbag or a wonderful person. We all have the same color of blue/red blood underneath our skin pigmentation. In accordance to relationships, I believe race being a social stigma heavily relies on either a generational issue or a personal attractiveness preference.
I do not discriminate based upon race. Barring physical attraction I'm open to anyone interested as long as we're compatible. In the past I have been called racist for rejecting someone who wasn't culturally compatible with me. These people grew up not having manners or other things I was raised to know and they were poorly educated.
On the other hand I really have had positive experiences with Asian and Middle Eastern women as friends, because I can relate better to them.
