Yeah and beer is usually pretty heavy. I'm definitely not one who should give health tips, though. I'm definitely not putting any effort into losing weight.lol I should, though... One of the best things that lead to me losing weight in the past was a lite breakfast (Literally a banana and an apple), very little snacking, plenty of whole wheat/veggies, lots of water and of course it helped that at that time I had a physical job. Went from 260 down to 190 in about six months. But, that was years ago and I know my metabolism was a little different then. Now I just hang around 215-220...still more than I should be.

beer is a huge guilty pleasure of mine, i love it, but i will try to stop drinking it even though my favorite brewery just came out with a new beer lol

You don't have to stop(I mean, unless it's a problem and in that case weight is hardly the issue.), it's all about moderation. I mean, you wouldn't pump more gas in your car than it can burn, so it's the same with your body.

I do not drink way too much of it, but it just impacts my weight very much, I gain and lose weight very easily and I need to constantly monitor myself with what I eat or drink.

Exactly. I do think moderation is key, though.
