Assuming the minor committed the crime, then the minor is charged. Assuming the adult is innocent then they have no reason to be charged. If a 15 year kid rapes their 25 year old school teacher. Why the hell would you charge the 25 year old teacher? You punish the guilty not the innocent.

Well actualoy the minor would be put in juniville or chraged as an adult but tenically the adult would get a free pss anyway

technically you are legal to receive "legal punishments" only after a certain age. until then apparently parents are held responsible. or something like that. which makes the whole thing even more twisted, funny and interesting xD
