Trump has a habit of creating conspiracy theories, which started with the Obama birther scandal. Nope, pretty much everyone has known he has been in Russia's pocket since he reportedly told them to release Hillary's emails. There's been no flip-flopping there.

The way i see things is some dudes who hold very high statuses in the government are very corrupt and are trying to pull strings in their favor so they can then in turn get richer. More so on the side of dems because trump just kinda threw whoever's name in the ring and when they fuck up he fired them or stepped away on dems their political campaign is so weak but they are banking on the hate trump train to get them a win

The only reason why Trump has "modified" the affordable care act is because his efforts to repeal it failed in the senate in 2017 (and he didn't have a plan then either). Now the euphemistic term of "modernize" has been used to describe the changes tot he ACA. Trump has strove to expand access to cheaper coverage which doesn't necessarily meet former quality standards, such as guaranteeing coverage of those with preexisting conditions at premium rates similar to heathier enrollees, or reducing risks of medical bankruptcy by prohibiting insurers from imposing certain spending caps on health care for an enrollee. Taking away these guardrails opens people up to predatory medical insurance practices. Furthermore, Trump is still looking to repeal it wholesale and he isn't satisfied with just modifying it.
