they arent an official organization and they don't have a real hierarchy
movements always have founders, that's how movements get started, I'm talking official things
there are no official leaders and no official hierarchies
like i believe in blm but i couldn't name a single person in the movement that isnt a celeb just retweeting for likes
now compare that to police departments and the justice system as a whole and you will see why the two are not compatible in this regard

I'm a firm believer that, the moment you can start seeing the world as solely back and white, you already fucked up.
Police otherize people and it has proven deadly in many different situations. Training is the biggest issue because officers are encouraged to seek out seminars by people like David Grossman. A man who describes himself as a "Killologist" and uses the Bible to justify the mindset that cops need to be ready to just put down "Wolves" in our society at literally any moment. Mix that with increased militarization, ya have a fun little mix.
BLM doesn't have a distinct head. And only Alicia Garza described herself as a Marxist. Patrisse Cullors has referenced Marxism and other forms of communism in a strictly economic sense in reference to third world economies. Opal Tometi has not done either.

the weird part is blm is calling for things that will HELP the police
the cops complain all the time about being called for domestic disputes and wild animals and shit, which reallocation of police funds would help change, as well as other police departments getting MORE funding for proper training and better screening
its so political theyr being counter productive to their own needs

ok so while a movement can have organization in its protests, as well as a common phrase/goal, that does not make them an official organized organization
they are not the ACL or NAACP, theyr a bunch of people that tell another bunch of people to go somewhere to protest
that is how organized they are

The scientific fact that apples rot are not fully analogous to real world problems. People are a lot more complex then apples rotting. I basically used your apple analogy against you. The apple analogy is a fallacious overgeneralization. You yourself stated that there are good cops. If there are good cops. Then not all apples are rotten. That is where your apple analogy breaks down. That is my point. Just because a few bad apples are rotten. Does not mean all apples are rotten. Not all cops are rotten. Not all BLM protestors are rotten.
It also depends on how you define a system. There is no set definition for a what a system of people is. A system can be organized. A system could be unorganized. A system of people could simply be no more then a group of people marching. Just because a group is not as organized as another group. Does not mean that they are not part of a system that seeks a goal. Case in point. Why do you think a lot of people see the riots and automatically assume that BLM are objectively bad? Some people see them as an unorganized chaotic system that seeks pure destruction. Which is clearly not true. I stay away from over generalized statements like you routinely make Lamby.

eh, its a very, very complex issue
i find myself conflicted at times when thinking about this. emotionally i want to say 'there are good cops out there, they really do help people and don't over police/arent brutal.' but the logical side reminds me that they are still complacent in the misdeeds of their coworkers. so no, i would not say 'there are some good cops' if were talking pragmatically.
the ones that speak out are the good ones, and they are snuffed out by their own departments.
the bad apple analogy does work because a few bad cops is enough to corrupt an entire department because of the brotherhood esque system many of them have. they feel the need to protect the bad officers which then in turn spoils the morality of the entire department. and at that point it becomes a systemic issue that is perpetuated by the entirety of the department. hence the analogy.
while some blm protesters are absolutely racists, like the black supremist movement that's going on (which is hella weird cause theyr also anti-semitic? like is just every fringe group anti-semetic by default? just weird as hell), if that then creeped into the organization because they protected those racist members when they committed hate crimes or property damage i would apply the same standards.
when i say systemic issue it is obvious i mean the justice system, you're splitting hairs here arbitrarily.
not all overgeneralizations are wrong. all pedophiles are bad. that's a generalization but its true. saying all generalizations are bad is a literal generalization.
