no? every countries has nukes whether they can test them and the amount is contested japan has to limit its military because America spanked them during ww2 but again, that is irrelivent

its actually an amazing tactic by the US by limited a countries military it has to depend on the US for defense which strengthens our influence on the globe hence why I'm a globalist
