not sure if your impying floyd was a slimey dude and that's why the cops had more reason to distrust him but dont try and slip that in to discredit a dead man have more tact than that but why cant it apply to a pizza boy? maybe he went to highschool with a guy and the dude was a dope head so when he gets a call that he's delivering pizza there he's worried and when he gets to the door he pulls his gun out and points it at his face because he doesn't like that he cant see the guys hands is that reasonable?

Whether he's dead or not doesn't matter when speaking about facts. Though in this case I was wrong, apparently they got him confused with a different guy at first in the media. The pizza boy scenario isn't reasonable because the pizza boy doesn't have the authority to ask to see the man's hands. Now if the pizza boy knocks on the door and the guy is aggressive and threatens the life of the pizza boy then the pizza boy can shoot.

theres no fact that them knowing george prior lead them to be more suspisious i could also assume and say they had a grudge against him, but that has no bearing, same with your assumption lets stick to facts so authority is why cops can kill? not because they fear their lives are in danger? so a cop doesn't feel scared, he can just kill because of authority?
