why does a badge let you kill people? why does he have to fight crime? isn't the reason why a cop can kill you because he can fear for his life? isn't that the only reason? the pizza boy has more of a reason to fear for his life than a cop does so if the pizza boy is as trained in self defense as a cop is can he legally kill people like cops can?

He can legally kill a person if he believes his life is threatened. We all have that right.

They have to notate it and they even have mandatory counceling/suspension after a shooting/death
