Gonna answer you right here: i asked if he can point it at anyone that scares him and shoot it at anyone if theyr hands arent in his eye sight my point in asking is that your reason why cops should be able to kill on command is because they might be scared they could get hurt but i can apply this to more dangerous jobs and it doesn't hold up ---------- This is completely different. The pizza boy first off isn't an officer of the law, didn't go through training. The police have the authority, the same as a citizen to protect themselves. Now for Police Officers, if there is probable cause to believe that despite constant warnings, an individual is reaching behind their seat with perceived hostile intent and you feel threatened for your life. You will take action before your own life is ended. Like has happened multiple times before.
