It is clear that most of the events are random encounters. - There is a certain level of luck that changes with each attempt. It isn't about Subaru retracing a one for one of previous steps because the world itself changes regularly. That means certain events are scripted to happen no matter what, but others are not. - I still don't like Garfield. - And what is up with the whole "hug pillow" comment?

Didnt subaru spit out the tea the first time? Or maybe it worked the second time because he actually drank it of his own choice...i dont recall tbh. But i dont believe the encounters are random. I think different things happen each time and i feel the witch scent has grown stronger since the first time he did the trial. Which is why they brought it up now and not before when he first died. Also i forgot betty isnt effected by return by death so he is visiting betty after dying

Can we say that the best moment of this episode was when Subaru straight up told Satella the witch that both his number 1 and 2 spots were already filled. Like he hard committed Rem to back up girl.

Also then he had the slide at the end where he goes "Oh, but I might be adding Echidna to the list." Like Subaru is feeling meta right now.

I love how satella crying to him like "love me love me love me" and he is like i will save you. Tf? Then immediately is scared of emilia like i dont get this dude

cause they look the same...or satella is like a host on emilia's body but emilia is still alive in the inside and is the one crying or something like that ...tbh though subaru has a boner for silver hair girls...so he just tries and simps all silver hair existing infront of his eyes

Bruh even satella best girl vs emilia smh. Love how echidna has saved Subaru's life a couple times snf may actually like him. Tho i feel she has a nefarious plot as well.
