Hajimemashite! I'm new here and I'm hoping I found my home. I love all things Japan, from the language to the food. I'm looking forward to making some friends and get some new anime and video game recommendations.

mine is ramen ...that is like the only jap noodle dish I have ever tried...welcome to the site ^^

I haven't been converted by the curry fairies yet. Now I really want some strong udon T-T What is your favorite nigiri/sashimi fish?

I haven't been that adventurous with sashimi but I love salmon so naturally i usually opt for that. Sushi, i'll try anything but tako, i'm petrified by tentacles... I definitely need to try some different ones to mix it up!

I love to make Sashimi sometimes, with apple cider vineger.
