Wow, a cooking show off, too bad I already posted.most of my.pics on my fans thread
This is something I made yesterday.
Thinly sliced beef, cooked over bacon and onions, with some green Bell peppers, sauted with soy sauce and some spices, white rice is the complement which is bathed on a cream made with greens and Jalapeno's
Plate looks slightly dirty because this was the second portion, I was super hungry when I ate and I had forgotten to take a picture

As the one that made the thread, I should put it a recipe myself.
It is a pretty simple, but a very convenient and healthy breakfast recipe
Instant oatmeal
Ingredients:
Half a cup of oats
One cup of water or milk (can also be a combination of both)
A pinch of salt
Something to make the oatmeal more tasty: Butter, berries, nuts work really well. I have even tried putting in apple jam and it turned out really good. Also a little bit of cinnamon if you like it.
Put the oats and water or milk into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pop it in the microwave for two minutes on the highest setting, and you have
youreself a bowl of instant oatmeal!
The trick to make the insant oatmeal not bland after a few days, is to always try variating between what garnishes to mix in. Just try to look for stuff that could make oatmeal taste better and not as bland. When I'm not feeling experimental, I usually make my oatmeal with water, put in a little bit of butter and another pinch of salt. Whenever I feel like making my oatmeal more complex,I make my oatmeal with milk, mash up half a banana into the oatmeal, and add a couple of blueberries. Also I recently tried it with apple jam and cinnamon and let me tell you, it tasted great!

This is my simple ramen recipe. Finely chop some ginger, mushrooms and garlic, thrown that in a pan and cook on medium heat until they get some nice browning and release their flavor, add about 1/4 cup of soy sauce and lower your heat to medium low, then add a nice chicken broth(I use homemade from our chickens) and simmer for about 10 minutes, marinate some skin on chicken thighs in soy sauce and black pepper the night before and seare it in a pan until you get an internal temperature of 165° F. Soft boil one egg and slice it in half. If you want you can make your own noodles or buy them from an Asian market. Assemble your dish and enjoy!

I don't usually eat noodles, but if I do, I do it in the evening. The carbs in noodles actually serve you as energy even the next day, so if I know that I will be having a difficult and energy requiring workout the next day, I actually cook some noodles or pasta
