Sorry for not posting much of anything. I promise I will tomorrow post my recipe and instructions for tamale frito pie

Tuna salad -1 can of chickpeas -2-3 capsicums -2 carrots -tomato -1 can of tuna (300g) -Salt -Papper -Paprika -Olive oil -Salad (i usally eat that for lunch since it really makes u full and usally use half amount of ingredients i writed down since it's way too much for me. Just writed it down from where I got idea from ^^)

Yoo Blackheart! Thank you very much for posting here!! I am definitely trying this out. I consume a lot of canned tuna usually plain or in a sandwich, so some variance will definitely help me ^^ Thank you again!! @blackheart323

Egg mufin -9 eggs -1/4 cup of almond milk -2 medium zucchinis -1 capsicum -Salt and papper -Olive oil (its great for breakfast and for meal prep)

Chiken, rice and broccoli For the chiken part: -800g of chicken tight -1 onion -3 cloves of garlic -paprika -cayenne pepper -oregano -salt -pepper -can of tomatoes Cook the onions and garlic first. Add some paprika and cayenne pepper. Then add chiken. Now add more paprika if u wish to oregano, salt and papper. Once the chiken is nice and brown add a can of tomatoes. Then cook it for around 30 min for the liquid to evaporate.
