Advice Needed

I dont have many people I would call friends, but there is this guy I know that I really care about. Recently he's been going through some shit and can't control his anger. I've already talked to him about it, I get it, I'm not gonna force a grown ass man to adjust his attitudes towards anything. Still, I refuse to let him be, it's for the best right? I'm shit at this type of thing.

All any friend can do is try to help, support, and be there for one anither. But at the end of the day, you can't help someone that doesn't want to be helped. At least, not without agitating them. All anyone can do is follow their gut and do what they think is right. Sometimes asking "Am what I'm doing worth it?" If your answer is yes then, there's your answer.
