It says "Congress shall make no law...thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech". It does not mention private business. Congress which is the government can not infringe our free speech. When can the government infringe your free speech? When inciting violence. Like yelling fire in a crowded theater. But companies are not the government. The 1st amendment does not apply to private companies. As I stated before. From a philosophical perspective. I do not agree with companies infringing on your free speech. But companies can legally infringe your free speech.
