1 gram of finely crushed apple seeds has approx. 0.06 - 0.24 mg cyanide. 1 gram of apple seeds is roughly 100 seeds. The amount of cyanide lethal for a human is 1-3 mg. So 10,000 seeds would give me ~100gms considering that all seeds don't weigh the same. 100gms of apple seeds crushed -> 6-24 mg cyanide which is much more than lethal.

@filipakatsuki apples can be found more than almonds. And in some places the prices of almonds is more than that of apples so OOF.Otherwise Almonds are indeed more effective

Ah true, using almonds, if you get the right ones (cyanide percentage varies apparently) you can commit suicide here for 10 euros. Maybe your apples are cheaper? For sure a knife is cheapest - that or a rope (if you're going to spend money on itxd).
