@865 We would love to do that, well some would, but the problem is that depression is not something like that. It is difficult for many people to discuss it. I would also love to see those kind of confessions to help each other. But there is a certain place where we need to draw the line. I will not appreciate it when someone says that they will kill themselves now. It may be difficult, but if they really did not want to feel that way anymore, they would at least try to reach out to someone, anonymous or not. And confessions like those can actually make others feel bad. It makes it seem like suicide is the easy way out. I will feel sorry, but I cannot feel worried about that anymore, because they are not even trying to talk about this to someone. They have this anonymous confessions where some people may try to help them. As much as it is difficult to talk about their depression, I hope they can. When someone talks about suicide, what else can I do? I must say stop or tell them that it isn't right? I'm sure 90% of the people, who talk about suicidal thoughts blatantly, are very aware of all the reasons that they shouldn't kill themselves. So, even if you may want to see those confessions, it depends on people. Depression is a sensitive topic, not one to joke around with. That is why it is difficult to talk about so openly.
