Anyone have advice on foot surgery/prosthetic?

So a few days back, I spilled hot oil on my foot. I had done everything wrong to it since. I'm no medical expert so yeah. Ice to prevent blisters? Nope. Not supposed to do that apparently. Pressure? Nope lol. As of now the wound is disgusting as it's infected. The whole foot feels sore and it hurts to walk. Not to mention a pale purple area around it. (I honestly think I'm stupid for not telling a doctor by now and I don't think telling all of MO was a good idea either)
