Aww, that sucks Rorriku. You should get a battery thingy. One of those generators for you consoles. I think its called a "UPS device". All gamers should have one, hands down. So you won't lose your progress during a blackout. Depending on your console, you should get a 100-300$ one.

I bought several, never regretted the purchases. My area has very faulty electrical lines. So I bought a bunch for all the devices in my household. It really does work Rorriku, and not only that. It protects your equipment from power surges (which can fry your xbox).
