Oh man.. I didn't know it would be so hard to pick only 10. Anyways, here we go.. 1. Saki Nikaido (Zombieland Saga - 2018) https://66.media.tumblr.com/443bf745ccd838df4214b480130aaef9/tumblr_pj4u0pQu2F1th206io6_500.gifv Reason: I really loved this show. Even though it's a comedy with a ridiculous premise, it presents a very well written plot with well developed characters and some very sad and deep moments. It'd have been a 10/10 show for me without the bad use of CG. For me, Saki is the best girl (I know there's a huge fanbase for the legendary Yamada Tae). This cute badass girl is just perfect, she has the best story, the best episode and the best song. And that's a lot for me since I've never been into this stereotype of girl before. I mean.. just look at that smile <3 2. Mashiro Shiina (Sakura-sou no Petto na Kanojo - 2012) https://media1.tenor.com/images/eb6a16e8ec828113ccb6fad6836dc096/tenor.gif?itemid=9912691 Reason: I just love her. This show is pretty underrated imo, so I know only a few will share my opinion, but who cares.. she's my waifu. 3. Ruri Gokou (Oreimo - 2010) https://66.media.tumblr.com/3c7f5ef8ba0ddc6f00f68be8e63b1d43/tumblr_olxq0rr6a91qkqgkeo1_400.gifv Reason: Is this anime good? Questionable. Many people are ok with it, but for me it would have been good if [Spoiler alert] Kyouske had ended up with Kuroneko instead of... his sister (well.. he didn't end up with Kirino either, but you know what I mean). Kuroneko is just who makes this show interesting. I mean.. com'on.. it's impossible to not love her and not feel bad for her at the end of the story. 4. Megumin (Konosuba! - 2014) https://i.pinimg.com/originals/28/59/e9/2859e9e678c2f763e53dce7b09c48599.gif Reason: Explosion!!!! Konosuba does a pretty good job as a satire of isekai animes. Having a useless goddess, a masochist crusader, and a chuunibyou loli in your party should be hilarious. Here, Megumin is, without a doubt, the best girl. 5. Fuuka Akitsuki (Fuuka - 2017) https://i.pinimg.com/originals/4c/46/ac/4c46ac70be2d3d8be34021315ebd9214.gif Reason: Have you seen this anime? Well, if not, you should. You can just not help falling in love with Fuuka. She's the daughter of the main characters of Suzuka. A joyful cute girl that is also an amazing singer. The anime has a major plot difference with respect to the original story (I won't give spoilers this time), which makes this series refreshing and the answer to the "what if ... ?" you probably asked to yourself reading the manga. 6. Schwi Dola (No Game No Life Zero - 2017) https://media1.tenor.com/images/cba8d4d62a5d585b0b942434f2c89d98/tenor.gif?itemid=14220305 Reason: I wasn't sure if films were allowed, but I couldn't make this list without her. I can't say that much about her, you just have to watch the movie and you will understand why she's here. Be prepared to cry. 7. Yukino Yukinoshita (Oregairu - 2013) https://i.imgur.com/Q20c4dd.gif Reason: I don't need one this time. Everyone knows who Yukinoshita is and why she's a great waifu. 8. Shizue Izawa (Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken - 2018) http://pa1.narvii.com/7279/0f4ce8f2b6218171954447f276236f126c5d866fr1-500-281_00.gif Reason: We only see her a couple episodes but that's enough to love her. Everyone felt really bad for Shizu because of her past, but her personality and smile make her a waifu. At least, something of Shizu will accompany us through the entire story of Rimuru. 9. Yue (Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou - 2019) https://media1.tenor.com/images/4d3991c6d67c69230d88f0b4261a9418/tenor.gif?itemid=15674890 Reason: Ok.. this list is making it seem like I'm into lolis (which may be true now I'm realizing there are 4 of them in my list), but, to be fair, two of them are not even humans: Schwi is a 211 years old ex-machina and Yue is a 323 years old vampire (I have no excuses for Kuroneko and Megumin and they are actually underage :<). Well, Arifureta is far from being the best anime and it doesn't do justice to the light novel (which is really good). Yue is Hajime's first wife and a cute mature vampire loli, so why not? lol. 10. Stella Vermillion (Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry- 2015) https://media1.tenor.com/images/f9ad2fc10ef7f3e12f8fb27f2c73eda7/tenor.gif?itemid=15060545 Reason: Well.. the last one. I really enjoyed Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry. I think that having a full developed romance in a harem anime is refreshing and far superior to the typical open ending animes of this genre. Stella has everything a good waifu needs and I think she deserves to be here. And that's it :) I hope you guys comment, support or destroy my list hahaha. Now I finished I realize that only 2011 and 2016 are missing, but it's ok, these are my waifus from the past decade and I couldn't change them just to include a couple years. #1) Takane Enomoto(Ene) from Mekakucity Actors(2014) or Kagerou project Reason: Ene being a cyberform of a person always interested me. From the art of the digital forms on her legs to the way the blue makes her stick out. She alone pulled me into the show and everything else for it. Mostly Ene tho. #2) Atalanta + Atalanta Alter from Fate/Apocrypha(2017) Reason: Fate has a grip on me and the characters are so interesting to me. Atalanta being part of Greek mythology had me intrigued. While its not so in depth of why I like her, compared to Mordred, her alter form was just badass to watch. #3) Raphtalia from The Rising Of The Shield Hero(2019) Reason: Do you need a reason to love sweet little Raphtalia, nooooo. But the idea of having someone like that would be amazing. #4) Kurisu Makise from Steins gate(2011) Reason: Steins;Gate fueled my want of programming, and with chrrrrrrrrrrrriiisstina being part of the show, I always thought it would be interesting to have something like that. #5)Mordred from Fate/Apocrypha(2017) Reason: This mostly is due to the fact I enjoy Arthurian legend, and the way they adapted the story was great for me at least. Not to mention when she plays with the cat is super funny. #6) Zero Two from Darling in the Franxx(2018) Reason: Everyone knows why. #7) Senko-San from The Helpful Fox Senko-san(2019) Reason: I didn't think much of it at first but the idea of having someone just do things for you, just to see you happy would be amazing. #8) KIRINO from Oriemo(2010) Reason: Here. We. Go. Lets start that fight. Kirino is on here mostly cause I enjoy seeing people who liked Ruri squirming. But that aside I enjoy Kirino. #1 winner The last two are a tossup since I cant put Holo or Lyuze from Cassharn Sins on here sooo.. #9) Moriko Morioka from Recovery of an MMO Junkie(2017) Reason: She is up cause I really would love to be able to meet someone who could spark the joy of playing mmos for fun again. #10) Fremy Speeddraw from Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers(2015) Reason: Protect and she has a sniper I always thought she was cool.
