Hi. I'm from Wisconsin, where it snows 9/12 months in the year and we only see the sun for an hour anyone else around this hellhole?

My brother studied there for a semester and told me about blizzard after Blizzard and snow so high they could not leave the house.

Chicago, weather can be random but when it's cold, it's cold. If it's freezing, it's just cold with strong winds.
