@toshinokyouko Because water is a great conductor. See, the electrical currents actually travel over the surface of the water rather than down beneath it. So a poor fishy unlucky enough to get too close to the surface could indeed end up getting hit with a super effective thunderbolt. But no it isn't like the entire ocean ends up as one big field of electrical energy. @toshinokyouko It's actually much more complicated than that. Millions of years ago horses ruled their own planed Clopclopicus. The beings of Cloclopicus were of various colors and hues. Even more diverse then that of humans. But , like humans, they foolishly dictated that certain colors of horses were inherently better. Chief among them being the black and white horses. The son and daughters of their respective tribes has some kinky boinking sessions and the result were horses of various hues in gray. One among them though was strangely mixed. Stripes of black and white on it's body. It was abandoned by it's families and parents. Ostracized as a freak. But strangely she was much more adept than the others.
